Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is the American basketball player who plays with the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a college basketball player for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Wings were drafted with five selections in this year's WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale's parents Yolanda Ogunbowale & Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2nd 1997 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are her siblings. Her parents spoiled her the most because she was the most young. Gregory his father was a soldier with the Nigerian Army. Ogunbowale has a very energetic family. The high schooler has made 7 appearances in the league and had 1,477 rebounds and 1,477 rebound throughout her playing career. Ogunbowale has won gold at the 2013 U16 FIBA Americas Championships, 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships and 2013 U18 FIBA 3x3 Championships. On July 7, 2014, Ogunbowale was named to the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale is also selected on the ACC All-Freshman Team after her first collegiate season. Kobe Bryant himself congratulated Ogunbowale following the NCCA Tournament big shot. Ogunbowale's basketball career has gotten getting off to a great start and she is expected to continue with her career in this direction.
